Omg! Where do I start! Little hiccup at check-in but Shaniq (hope I'm spelling her name properly) resolved the issue and came up with a solution (where her superior could/would not!) I love staff like Shaniq who are resolution-orientated. And she was so sweet and polite during the whole process. Please give this lovely lady a promotion! I've worked in plenty of 4/5 star hotels and this lady is a gem! We ended up getting the BEST villa in the resort in my opinion! The balcony with the alligators and turtles outside every morning was a dream! The 3 pools were amazing and accessible to people with mobility issues. The kids pool was heated which was amazing. The pool bar staff was lovely. The shop/restaurant was so handy for any little bits that you forgot to bring with you (but the convenience came at a cost). The free parking was a bonus. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. I wish I could have stayed longer!

The location was close to where we were going for a cheer competition we were competing at. The rooms were great and the amenities were good. The staff members that we met on the very late night we checked in were wonderful, even helping us out and putting us in an available ground level villa, as opposed to the 3 floors up as originally booked, because they knew I had an infant and had an extraordinarily difficult travel experience. This was without me even thinking about how it would be easier and asking for ground level.

The facilities are fabulous! The beds are big and just so comfortable. Lovely pools with loads of sunbeds. There's a great snack bar with a good choice of food and drinks, housed within a handy shop where you can buy essentials. The location is perfect, just off the 192 with some fast food outlets within safe walking distance. Fantastic entertainment each evening in the Star Bar varying between DJ, live performers and karaoke. Very friendly, helpful, accommodating staff in all areas.

The villa was spectacular. My family had a 3 bedroom, and 11 of us fit very comfortable. Beds were and even sofa beds were very comfortable. Loved the jacuzzi tub. It was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The resort events were awesome, a lot for the family really didn't have to leave the resort. Location is supreme on Hwy 192 everything there, all stores, restaurants, flea markets, shopping stores and Old Towne. Front desk staff was very nice and professional..

My husband and I celebrated our 8 year anniversary for the weekend! Property is beautiful! The room was spacious clean and comfortable! Enjoyed having a Spa tub in our room as well! The staff is friendly and the do offer many fun activities. Also, very close to resturants and other attractions in Kissimmee and Orlando. We will most definitely be back with our kiddos next time
